“I just want to say how lovely your staff are in the main Branch in Southampton High Street. As you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and they are just so friendly and always seem so happy. They have such excellent product knowledge and keep good eye contact. Can I also add your telephone banking staff are also good, I never feel like I’m dealing with someone reading off a crib sheet, as they always tailor my calls to my needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

Lost/Stolen Cards


“I would like to thank very much the two ladies who I dealt with on Thursday 29th October.
